PREPAID TIME
Blocks of 5, 10, 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes are minimum charges for LIVE CHAT READINGS ONLY. These minutes are NOT applicable to ANY other product on the site. Minutes are NOT transferable and No portion of time can be "saved" to be used at another time unless approved by PsychicPeople.com management in advance of your purchase. Any unused minutes will be forfeited. Remember our "Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy". If after a few minutes into your reading you are not happy you MUST leave the chat room and E-mail Customer Service immediately to receive a refund. This company reserves the right to limit or refuse purchases from individuals whom invoke this warranty more than once. Our administration tracks your movements within our NETWORK of sites, which enables us to record your participation in the chat rooms. The total amount of time you may remain in the chat room on the prepaid plan is 60 minutes. After this time you must exit the chat room. You may return immediately following another purchase of a block of time. Customers who enter a chat room and receive a reading wihout first paying for the reading WILL be charged. If we have your credit card information on file, the charges WILL be made to your card. CHAT LOGS
Transcripts of all live chat readings are kept on our data base for 3 days following the original reading. After this time the chat log will be deleted. If a customer wishes to have a transcript of their reading sent to them, they must make the request within that time frame. One must ask themselves, at this point, if it is purely for entertainment, what are you paying for? For someone to make things up? Also, they do not guarantee that you will not get a virus from their programs.
And this: Upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party or that reveals any personal contact etc... means that if you expose them as cold readers, that's revealing their trade secrets. This is why we did not purchase a reading from this group.
